What data do you store?
We store your email, processing metadata, and the generated report. We do not keep raw upload contents after processing finishes.
How long is the file retained?
Uploaded files are deleted immediately after analysis completes (within 24 hours max as a safety net).
Who sees my data?
Relevant excerpts are sent to Claude during processing only. Reports contain summarized patterns and recommendations, not full raw exports.
How fast will I get results?
Most reports are delivered in under 1 hour after payment confirmation.
